Role at a glance

We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom. You will play a pivotal part in shaping our expansion into new European markets by designing features that make complex data accessible and actionable for our global user base.

Your impact

• End-to-end design ownership: You will translate complex product challenges into intuitive, user-focused solutions across our entire platform.
• User-centric research: You will engage directly with clients across diverse industries to uncover their unique needs and identify new opportunities for our product.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You will work hand-in-hand with product managers and developers to deliver innovative features while maintaining high standards for UX and UI design.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive and ready to take on significant responsibility. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in product design, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in the full design process, from initial discovery and user research to final delivery.
• A sharp eye for visual design and a passion for creating clear, effective data visualizations.
• The ability to simplify complex problems into efficient, scalable design patterns.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and clients alike.
