Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Mexico, where you will play a pivotal part in crafting the visual and functional experiences that define our digital products.
Your impact
- Lead the design and user experience strategy for our Mexican market, covering landing pages, our mobile application, and internal tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate user requirements into intuitive interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Refine our UX processes and leverage user insights to continuously improve the usability and performance of our digital ecosystem.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within the startup or financial sectors.
- A strong background in mobile-first design, as most of our users engage with us through their phones.
- Expertise in Figma for building interface patterns and interactions, along with proficiency in the Adobe Suite for image editing.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools like Amplitude or Google Analytics to track user behavior and drive growth strategies.
- Fluency in Spanish to communicate effectively with our team and users.
- The ability to manage diverse design strategies, including user testing, interviews, and interface development.
