The role

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is ready to take ownership of digital experiences within the fintech space. As a remote-first company, we welcome applicants from anywhere, provided you are fluent in English. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside product managers, developers, and senior design staff to build tools that matter.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with our product and engineering teams to design intuitive interfaces for our financial platforms.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct user research and testing to identify pain points and refine our product design based on real user behavior.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in design principles and a passion for creating seamless experiences. We look for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally within tech or finance.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools, specifically Figma and Adobe.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team.

Compensation and benefits
