What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will focus on our internal design system, Spring, which serves as the foundation for our multi-product platform. You will work closely with our Design System Lead and engineering partners to ensure we maintain a high bar for quality as we scale. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and building reusable components, patterns, and icons while ensuring strict adherence to accessibility standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional product teams to drive system adoption and guide implementation.
• Supporting fellow designers by sharing knowledge and participating in design reviews to incorporate feedback into our system.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an expert in visual design, including typography, iconography, and complex interaction patterns. You should have a deep understanding of design system best practices and be highly proficient in Figma, specifically with advanced features like variables and auto layout. We value candidates who have experience contributing to complex systems and supporting their adoption within an organization. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be documenting information and presenting your work to various stakeholders. While not required, familiarity with frontend development technologies and accessibility standards like WCAG is a significant plus.
