We are a global team that values innovation, excellence, and collaboration, and we are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our B2B team in France or Portugal.
Key outcomes
- Act as a primary advocate for our users within a cross-functional team, ensuring that customer needs are at the heart of every decision.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to drive innovation and maintain high standards for our product quality.
- Develop prototypes and user experiences that effectively balance technical constraints with our core business objectives.
- Enhance the usability and accessibility of our platform to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
- Contribute to and utilize our internal design system to maintain brand consistency across our interfaces.
- Lead discovery efforts by utilizing advanced UX research methodologies to identify pain points and validate design solutions with data.
- Facilitate UX workshops and design sprints to solve complex usability challenges and foster creative solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in digital product development.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in close collaboration with engineering and product management teams.
- At least 1 year of experience specifically focused on B2B, enterprise, or SaaS solutions.
- Full professional proficiency in English, as it is our primary working language.
Preferred qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience using Figma, including building reusable components or contributing to design systems.
- Proficiency in storyboarding, user flows, and prototyping, alongside a strong background in research techniques like usability testing, experience mapping, and card sorting.
- A demonstrated history of delivering measurable business impact through design.
- Deep knowledge of web application design, including familiarity with Material Design and iOS Human Interface guidelines.
- A strong grasp of accessibility standards, specifically the ability to interpret and apply WCAG guidelines.
- Technical understanding of interaction design, motion, and the psychological impact of visual elements like color and typography.
- Practical experience working within Agile development cycles.
- A genuine passion for digital privacy and security trends.
Compensation
We provide a hybrid work environment that balances time in the office with flexibility.
