We are looking for a passionate Product Design Manager to join our Care Delivery team and help us continue to innovate in the healthcare space.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and mentor a talented team of product designers while fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
- Drive design strategy by setting a clear vision for the Care Delivery team and ensuring all design solutions align with our business goals and user needs.
- Champion user experience by facilitating design reviews, maintaining high-quality documentation, and ensuring consistency across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and deeply passionate about reimagining healthcare. You should have the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in product design, including a minimum of 2 years in a people management role.
- Expertise in Figma and the ability to teach best practices to your team.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, including a deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
- A solid grasp of platform conventions for responsive Web, iOS, and Android.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
