Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Product Design Manager to join our Care Delivery team. This is a full-time position that can be performed on a hybrid basis from anywhere in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital health experience.
Your impact
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of product designers while fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
- Define and execute a clear design vision and strategy that aligns with our business goals and enhances the user experience across Web, iOS, and Android.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure seamless execution of our product roadmap.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 2 years in a people management role.
- Expertise in interaction and visual design, including a deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and the ability to train others on best practices.
- Strong knowledge of platform conventions for responsive Web, iOS, and Android.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for reimagining healthcare for women and families.
- Fluency in English.
