What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Design Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is hybrid and open to candidates anywhere, though we prioritize those who can work from our offices in San Francisco or New York. You will be instrumental in shaping our consumer-facing products, utilizing your expertise in product design, user research, and prototyping to solve complex problems in the fintech and ecommerce space. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design of new consumer-facing products, including iOS and Android applications, while enhancing the value of our existing web platforms.
• Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to iterate rapidly based on direct user feedback and research insights.
• Establishing and maturing our design system to ensure our products remain visually consistent, high-quality, and scalable for the future.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical proficiency and strategic thinking. We look for individuals with 4 to 8 years of experience in designing successful consumer software or consumer-grade B2B products. You should have a strong background in taking products from 0 to 1, ideally within early-stage startup environments. Technical mastery of Figma is essential, alongside a proven ability to translate high-level requirements into engineering-ready specifications. You must be a strong communicator who thrives in high-velocity environments, values peer feedback, and is comfortable leading user research to validate your design decisions. Fluency in English is required for this role.

What we offer
