Product Design Director - relocation to HK/SG at Crypto

We are looking for a visionary Product Design Director to join our fast-paced, innovative team and help us accelerate the global adoption of cryptocurrency. Founded in 2016, Crypto.com now serves over 80 million customers, and we are seeking a leader to help us drive our mission of putting cryptocurrency in every wallet by relocating to our offices in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance our design strategy while creating seamless, end-to-end user experiences that align with business goals.
• Lead the execution of creative design solutions, solving complex challenges with urgency and precision.
• Communicate design rationale and strategy clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Mentor junior team members on core UX practices, including wireframing, user flows, and prototyping.
• Oversee and contribute to our shared design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Utilize user data and research insights, such as 1:1 interviews and usability tests, to shape our product roadmap and identify market trends.

Must-haves

• Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong or Singapore.
• 12+ years of experience designing digital products and services within a B2C environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your work on digital products and services.
• Deep expertise in user-centered design and UX principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ship high-quality products at scale.
• Extensive experience coaching and developing mid-to-large design teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of product development and branding.
• Fluency in English.
