We are looking for a Product Delivery Lead to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product success by proactively addressing challenges and demonstrating a dedicated, results-oriented attitude.
- Work directly with government partners to analyze their relief programs, understand their specific requirements, and co-create effective software solutions.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators, such as benefit distribution efficiency and program enrollment rates, to ensure our products deliver the intended impact.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience working within highly regulated industries or directly with government entities.
- An undergraduate degree in an analytical or technical field, such as Computer Science, Math, or Engineering.
- A strong analytical mindset and a genuine passion for using data to address complex, real-world problems.
- A deep commitment to improving public service efficiency and empowering individuals through government relief programs.
- The ability to travel as needed to meet customer requirements, which may involve travel up to 50 percent of the time.
- Note: Due to our work with government contracts, this role is restricted to US persons, including US citizens and permanent residents, who currently reside in the United States.
