About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Data Scientist to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as both a user advocate and a data expert, embedded directly within our product teams. You will bridge the gap between complex data and product strategy, ensuring that every decision we make is backed by evidence and focused on delivering real value to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze aggregated user behavior to identify friction points, key milestones, and opportunities to improve the overall product experience.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate new features, while building robust dashboards and predictive models to monitor performance and forecast trends.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define success metrics and translate data findings into clear, actionable product improvements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a curious problem solver who is comfortable communicating complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. You should have a strong background in product analytics and data science, with the ability to connect technical analysis to business outcomes.
