Role at a glance
We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Data Analyst to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States or Canada. You will be a key partner in driving our business strategy by uncovering insights that help us grow.
Your impact
- Build and maintain a robust internal analytics system that allows stakeholders across all departments to access critical metrics and reports with ease.
- Collaborate directly with internal teams to understand their reporting requirements and deliver tailored data solutions that answer their most pressing questions.
- Act as a steward for data hygiene by identifying gaps, ensuring accuracy, and proactively recommending new data points to capture for better decision-making.
What you'll need
- Three to seven years of experience in data analysis, ideally within a SaaS or startup environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of spreadsheet functions, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong knowledge of product analytics platforms like Amplitude, along with experience using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Notion, and Stripe.
- A natural curiosity and the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
