What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Product Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be a vital partner in scaling our business by uncovering growth opportunities and driving data-informed decisions. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving complex problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

• Build and maintain a robust internal analytics system that empowers stakeholders across all departments to access key metrics and insights quickly.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify their reporting requirements and deliver actionable solutions to their business questions.
• Act as a steward for data hygiene by identifying inaccuracies and proactively suggesting improvements to our data capture processes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess 3 to 7 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within a SaaS or startup setting. You must have extensive expertise in SQL and advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, including the ability to build complex formulas and pivot tables. We are looking for someone who understands core SaaS metrics and has hands-on experience with product analytics platforms like Amplitude. You should be comfortable with data visualization principles and have experience using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Notion, or Stripe. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be managing project timelines and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
