Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position based on-site in India. You will be the face of our software, ensuring that our users get the most out of our technology through hands-on guidance and expert support.
Your impact
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of our software products to ensure seamless integration for our clients.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to validate user competency and ensure teams are fully equipped to use our solutions.
- Provide high-level technical support, including troubleshooting issues, testing customizations, and maintaining clear documentation.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who brings a blend of technical aptitude and stellar customer service. You should have at least two years of experience in software implementation, training, or support, specifically within the retail or SaaS space. You must be fluent in English and hold a Bachelor’s degree.
