We are excited to invite you to join our team at BBPOS, a global leader in payment device innovation and the original inventors of mPOS technology. As part of Stripe’s Terminal business, we help companies bridge the gap between their online presence and the physical world by providing the hardware and infrastructure needed to accept in-person payments. Whether it is a flagship retail store or a mobile pop-up shop, our technology enables businesses to grow and succeed. We are looking for a dedicated professional to help us maintain our high standards of excellence as a Product Compliance Officer in Hong Kong.

What you'll be doing

You will manage the end to end product testing and certification process, which includes handling evaluation applications, preparing samples, and coordinating with laboratories and card brands.
You will serve as a key point of contact for external labs and card brands to ensure that every compliance process is executed accurately and efficiently.
You will collaborate closely with our R&D and Product teams to ensure all necessary compliance requirements are met well before a product launch, while also monitoring certification expirations to keep our standards current.

What you'll bring

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
You have at least 3 years of solid experience in project management, specifically within the consumer electronics industry.
You possess strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being a distinct advantage.
You are comfortable with the prospect of traveling to China and overseas as required by the role.
Experience in product testing or the payment industry will be viewed as a significant plus.
