Whether it is a flagship retail store or a mobile pop-up shop, our technology enables businesses to grow and succeed. We are looking for a dedicated professional to help us maintain our high standards of excellence as a Product Compliance Officer in Hong Kong.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage the end to end product testing and certification process, which includes handling evaluation applications, preparing samples, and coordinating with laboratories and card brands.
- You will serve as a key point of contact for external labs and card brands to ensure that every compliance process is executed accurately and efficiently.
- You will collaborate closely with our R&D and Product teams to ensure all necessary compliance requirements are met well before a product launch, while also monitoring certification expirations to keep our standards current.
What you'll bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of solid experience in project management, specifically within the consumer electronics industry.
- You possess strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being a distinct advantage.
- You are comfortable with the prospect of traveling to China and overseas as required by the role.
- Experience in product testing or the payment industry will be viewed as a significant plus.
