This hybrid role is based in the greater Tampa Bay area, and you will be expected to work from our Clearwater, Florida office two to three days each week.
What you'll be doing
- You will serve as a key ambassador for our product, actively engaging with our customer base and monitoring community content to ensure it aligns with our guidelines and code of conduct.
- You will be responsible for publishing community content, coordinating responses to member posts, and managing private groups to foster a highly engaged user base.
- You will collaborate with the Product Community Director on strategic initiatives, which includes promoting new feature releases, managing beta programs, and supporting customer meetups.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in managing online customer communities, preferably within the software industry. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and comfortable navigating complex product features to better serve our members. Your toolkit should include:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with our users.
- Proven experience in areas such as customer support, content creation, project management, or social media strategy.
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and organize projects effectively.
