At DriveWealth, we are on a mission to democratize financial independence across the globe. We build a powerful, API-based platform that enables our partners to offer seamless investing and trading experiences to their clients, whether they are trading US equities, ETFs, mutual funds, or options. By blending the agility of a tech start-up with the stability of a global financial institution, we provide the tools necessary for modern, scalable investment workflows. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help us continue to innovate while maintaining the highest standards of institutional-grade execution.
The role
We are seeking a Product Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that requires a strong focus on documenting requirements and defining solutions. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to support strategic platform enhancements. This role is essential to our growth, as you will help us scale our offerings to a wider partner base while ensuring our processes remain efficient and risk-conscious.
Core responsibilities
- Analyze and document complex product workstreams, translating business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to facilitate working groups, gather feedback, and obtain formal sign-off on requirements.
- Utilize data analytics to assess product performance, identify process improvements, and validate assumptions to inform our strategic roadmap.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of analytical rigor and strong communication skills. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Product Business Analyst role or a similar capacity focused on requirements documentation.
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to detect trends or anomalies to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong technical and organizational skills, including familiarity with project management tools such as Jira to track deliverables.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 USD, with the final offer determined by your specific experience and technical qualifications. We support our team with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Unlimited vacation policy and maternity/paternity leave.
- A dedicated mental wellness budget and learning budget for personal development.
- Commuter benefits and a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
