What you bring
As our Product and Engineering Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our execution health by defining and implementing effective, streamlined processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. You will work closely with our leadership team to balance functional autonomy with overall company efficiency. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to design and refine product and engineering workflows, such as feature lifecycles and quarterly roadmap planning.
- Facilitating alignment across teams to ensure that our internal processes optimize for our collective goals while maintaining individual team autonomy.
- Managing change by providing clear communication regarding our operational strategies, including the reasoning behind process shifts and their impact on our delivery.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in managing product and engineering operations from inception to adoption. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, self-driven, and capable of facilitating complex trade-off discussions between competing priorities. You should be proficient in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, and possess a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, testing, and QA. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience is required, along with excellent communication skills in English. We value candidates who can think critically to maintain the right level of operational structure while delivering novel products on ambitious timelines.
What we offer
We are committed to providing a competitive compensation package for this role, with a base salary range of $156,000 to $221,000. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for the following:
