At Trade Ledger, our mission is to ensure every business has access to the capital it needs to thrive. We have built a sophisticated credit orchestration platform that utilizes smart technology and digital datasets, allowing lenders to launch and scale next-generation working capital products with speed and efficiency. We are currently seeking a Product and Engineering Leader for a full-time, remote position to help us continue simplifying complex financial products like invoice finance and asset-based lending. This is an executive-level role where you will bridge the gap between technical architecture and customer needs to drive our strategic vision forward.
Responsibilities
- Translate direct customer insights into actionable engineering and product requirements to ensure our solutions remain relevant and adaptable across various industries.
- Lead our technical direction by championing API-first principles and advocating for high-quality, cloud-native SaaS best practices.
- Cultivate a collaborative, Agile culture across our product and engineering teams that prioritizes both rapid delivery and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in leading product and engineering teams with a proven ability to bridge the gap between market demands and technical execution.
- Deep expertise in Agile development and a background in building scalable SaaS products that serve diverse industries.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to operate at a high level while remaining capable of mentoring senior engineers on technical details.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A solid foundation in cloud-native software development and organizational design.
