Product Analytics Lead at Roadsurfer.com

You will join a fast-growing European company that operates the continent’s largest campervan rental fleet and runs roadsurfer spots, an online marketplace for unique camping locations. We are looking for a Product Analytics Lead who will turn behavioral data into clear product decisions and help shape the digital experience for thousands of travelers every day.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and develop a team of Product Analysts by providing regular feedback, career support, and mentorship while fostering a data-driven culture across the Product organization.
• Define and scale our experimentation program, setting the A/B testing strategy, ensuring statistical rigor, and embedding testing practices into everyday product workflows.
• Build self-serve dashboards, run funnel and cohort analyses, and translate findings on onboarding, feature adoption, engagement, and retention into actionable recommendations for Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

What you'll bring

You bring at least five years of analytics experience, including two or more years focused on product analytics and people management. You have already led A/B testing programs and can demonstrate strong cross-functional communication skills that help align stakeholders around data insights.

You are fluent in SQL and comfortable guiding others on query logic and data modeling. You have hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, and you know how to deliver insights through dashboarding platforms like Looker, Power BI, or Metabase. Familiarity with funnel analysis, retention and cohort studies, segmentation, and feature adoption metrics is essential. Experience with experimentation platforms such as Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely is a plus. You are comfortable working in English, our primary working language.
