The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Analytics Engineer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. This position is a unique opportunity for a technical expert who also possesses strong business acumen. You will sit at the intersection of data engineering and product analysis, playing a vital role in the development of our analytics and AI platform while ensuring our data infrastructure remains scalable and accurate.

Core responsibilities

• Platform Ownership: Take charge of the development and maintenance of our analytics and AI tools, ensuring that our data pipelines are reliable, high-quality, and capable of supporting our evolving business needs.
• Customer-Facing Analytics: Collaborate closely with our product team to design and deliver insightful analytics features that empower our customers to make informed decisions using their own data.
• Strategic Insights: Serve as the authority on product usage and customer behavior, translating complex datasets into actionable narratives that guide our product roadmap and optimize investment strategies.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should bring a blend of technical depth and communication skills. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a data analysis role, ideally within a technology or product-focused environment.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and optimizing large-scale datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Technical expertise in data pipelines, cloud data warehousing, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or R for data processing.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
