At Insify, we are on a mission to reshape the insurance landscape for European entrepreneurs and small businesses. Our team is built by seasoned entrepreneurs who have previously scaled successful ventures like HelloFresh, Bloomon, and SumUp. With over 25 million euros in funding from top-tier investors, we have developed a digital platform that makes insurance transparent, fast, and simple. Having already made a significant impact in the Netherlands, we are now rapidly expanding our footprint across France, Germany, and the rest of Europe.
The opportunity
We are looking for a talented Product Analyst to join our insurance department. You will play a central role in our growth by taking ownership of the product implementation phase. Your work will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that our insurance products meet both regulatory standards and the needs of our customers. By collaborating with our sales, business development, and product teams, you will turn data into actionable insights that drive our success.
A day in the life
- You will manage the end-to-end implementation of insurance products, including maintaining detailed specification documents that guide our tech team through system configurations.
- You will act as a bridge for our insurance partners by preparing and delivering critical reports, such as monthly performance indicators, claims monitoring, and management updates.
- You will conduct deep market research and analyze the customer journey to identify new product opportunities and refine existing offerings based on data-driven insights.
Who you are
You are a professional with at least 3 years of experience in an insurtech, MGA, or insurance environment. You possess a university degree in Economics, Business, Law, or a related field. Because we operate across multiple borders, you must be fluent in both English and French. You are a clear communicator who excels at building relationships with stakeholders, and you enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and the chance to grow alongside our expanding company through our internal leadership and coaching programs. Our benefits package includes:
- A hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from home two days per week.
- 25 days of paid time off per year, plus an extra day for Christmas Eve.
- Participation in our pension plan, which includes a 6% employer contribution.
- A monthly 50 EUR net budget via Alleo to spend on perks like gym memberships or food delivery.
- Travel reimbursement for your commute.
- A company MacBook to ensure you have the best tools for the job.
- Regular company events, including monthly drinks, quarterly offsites, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
