Product Analyst at TreeCard

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team on a full-time hybrid basis in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities

• Build, iterate, and maintain dashboards in Metabase that pull from Redshift, Google Analytics, and App Store data, refining them based on stakeholder input.
• Verify data accuracy before sharing dashboards, run regular audits, and resolve any discrepancies independently.
• Analyse results from A/B tests, LTV calculations, churn studies, and other experiments, then translate findings into clear recommendations that improve product performance and company KPIs.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or business intelligence, ideally within a tech or startup setting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, preferably with Redshift, and hands-on experience building dashboards in Metabase.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and integrating App Store data sources.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, efficient dashboards and conduct detailed analyses of customer behaviour and performance metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the capacity to communicate insights effectively across product and engineering teams.
• Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
