What is this role?
We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is passionate about using data to drive product strategy. You will play a vital role in helping us understand user behavior and product performance to ensure we continue delivering the best resources to the nonprofit sector.
What will you do?
- Examine product performance data to uncover growth opportunities and guide our strategic decision-making process.
- Partner closely with product managers to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators that lead to meaningful product enhancements.
- Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports that provide visibility into our product health and user trends.
What makes you a great fit?
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in software product analytics, ideally within a SaaS environment. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in SQL, Excel, and Tableau, with a solid grasp of data modeling and business intelligence. You should be a curious thinker who enjoys digging into data to find the "why" behind the numbers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting are essential for your success here. We communicate in English and value candidates who can bridge the gap between qualitative user feedback and quantitative data.
