The opportunity

As a Product Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our business stakeholders and our technical teams. Reporting to the Senior Director of Project and Product Management, you will ensure our digital products remain efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with our firm's goals. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a sharp analytical mind and a passion for managing the lifecycle of software solutions within a high-performing global environment.

A day in the life

You will be at the center of our product development process, ensuring that every enhancement and update delivers real value to our users. Your daily activities will include:

• Managing the product backlog by capturing stakeholder requests, prioritizing tasks, and documenting user stories and business requirements in Jira.
• Collaborating with internal developers and external vendors to oversee the deployment of bug fixes, system upgrades, and new feature releases.
• Leading user testing sessions and providing hands-on training to ensure our stakeholders are fully equipped to utilize our technology effectively.

Who you are

We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting. You should have at least two years of experience in client-facing digital or technology roles, ideally within the financial services sector. You possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a proven ability to maintain high quality standards under pressure. You are comfortable using tools like Jira and Confluence to manage software development lifecycles, and you communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision. Most importantly, you bring a positive, inquisitive attitude and the ability to work independently to solve problems.
