What you'll be doing
- You will analyze customer behavior and product performance to generate actionable insights that directly guide our product strategy and future roadmap.
- You will act as a detective for our consumer application, diagnosing why specific metrics shift and designing tests to validate new hypotheses.
- You will collaborate closely with our product team to define key performance indicators, maintain insightful dashboards, and translate complex data into clear, strategic frameworks.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated collaborator who thrives when turning raw data into meaningful product improvements. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 3 years of experience in an analytical or product-focused position.
- You possess strong technical skills, specifically in SQL, and have hands-on experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- You are comfortable performing exploratory analysis with minimal guidance, especially when faced with ambiguous or open-ended questions.
- You have a proven track record of performing quantitative analysis to solve complex problems and influence product direction.
- You are fluent in English and ideally based in or near our office in El Segundo, California, though we are open to remote candidates as well.
