About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this highly visible role, you will act as a bridge between our business needs and our technical systems. You will work alongside product leaders, engineers, and designers to analyze data, translate complex results into actionable insights, and guide the development of features that serve commercial and consumer fleets. This is an ideal position for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems through data-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product usage metrics and conduct user interviews to uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Evaluate our existing product suite against current industry trends to identify and recommend strategic enhancements.
- Own the feedback analysis and usability testing processes to assist with feature prioritization and the development of user personas.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a business or product analyst, specifically managing requirements and analysis throughout the agile software development lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and various Business Intelligence tools.
- Deep familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- A solid understanding of modern technology concepts, including APIs, DevOps, relational databases, and web-based architectures.
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers by communicating analytical outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits
