Product Analyst Lead at EverC

We are looking for a Product Analyst Lead to join our team on a full-time basis in Israel. At EverC, we provide advanced risk intelligence technology that helps global enterprises grow their e-commerce operations while keeping them safe from illicit activity. We partner with industry leaders like Mastercard, Visa, Amazon Pay, and Wix to unlock new opportunities by identifying high-quality businesses and removing bad actors at high speeds. With over $100 million in backing from investors like American Express Ventures and Viola Capital, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a talented professional to help shape our data-driven culture and keep us at the forefront of the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

• Empower our product teams and executive leadership by enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Translate complex business intelligence into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders through effective verbal communication and visual storytelling.
• Solve critical product and business challenges by building dashboards, developing analytical models, and interpreting data to optimize every aspect of our product.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working as a senior product or data analyst, ideally within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to guide teams through complex analysis and drive impactful business results.
• Deep expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and Big Data environments.
• Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Mixpanel.
• Strong communication skills in English and a self-motivated, organized approach to multitasking.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field is considered an advantage.
