As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our team in the United States.
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our product teams and our customer-facing departments. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate complex fraud landscapes by identifying vulnerabilities and recommending effective solutions. Key outcomes
- Conduct thorough fraud investigations and audits to identify emerging trends and system vulnerabilities.
- Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable reports and present mitigation strategies to customer leadership.
- Review customer workflows and decision-making architectures to provide expert recommendations for strengthening fraud prevention.
- Collaborate closely with our product team to influence the roadmap based on real-world fraud patterns.
- Engage directly with customers to educate them on our tools and gather insights that inform your strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive as a self-starter in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to connecting data points and identifying innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets, along with foundational knowledge of SQL or a strong desire to master it.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to various audiences.
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality in all deliverables.
- The ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Fluency in English.
