Product Analyst, Fraud at Persona

In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our product teams and our customer-facing departments. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate complex fraud landscapes by identifying vulnerabilities and recommending effective solutions. Key outcomes

• Conduct thorough fraud investigations and audits to identify emerging trends and system vulnerabilities.
• Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable reports and present mitigation strategies to customer leadership.
• Review customer workflows and decision-making architectures to provide expert recommendations for strengthening fraud prevention.
• Collaborate closely with our product team to influence the roadmap based on real-world fraud patterns.
• Engage directly with customers to educate them on our tools and gather insights that inform your strategic recommendations.

Requirements
