We are looking for a senior-level Product Analyst to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity to help drive business outcomes through data-backed insights for our B2B division.

Responsibilities

Conduct ad-hoc analyses using diverse data sources like event streams and sales data to provide actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards within BI tools to empower internal stakeholders.
Engineer data models for production pipelines that support high-visibility decision-making.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design tracking plans that ensure high-quality data collection.
Act as a key bridge between our B2B product and go-to-market teams by connecting operational initiatives to product outcomes.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 4 or more years in a Data Science or Analyst role.
Strong proficiency in SQL.
Experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Practical experience building and maintaining data products in BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
Background in building data models, ideally using dbt.
Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses like Google BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
Proven ability to create data documentation and implement testing practices.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business solutions.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Previous experience working within a subscription or B2B SaaS environment.

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $131,200 to $183,700.
