The role
We are seeking a Senior Process Improvement Specialist to join our Marketing Team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our organizational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing strategic process improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our initiatives are executed successfully while maintaining our high standards for branding and thought leadership.
Core responsibilities
- Analyze existing workflows to develop and implement solutions that streamline our internal processes.
- Manage and document key programs, including our Client Satisfaction Program, the Corporate Conference Calendar, and the Innovation Hub workflow.
- Collaborate with technical staff to draft marketing content and identify training needs for new technologies across the firm.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business process reengineering or continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
