The Process Improvement Analyst plays a key role in driving the operational success of the business by implementing new processes and systems across the organization. This includes everything from small gaps in processes to organization-wide system implementations to effectively and scalably support our ecosystem teams. To accomplish this, you will facilitate discovery sessions, propose solutions, draft business requirements, create leadership presentations, and manage timelines and implementation. A thorough understanding of project management will ensure consistent and organized progress.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do

• Process Improvement: Complete assessments of “as is” processes. Propose “to be” solutions through flowcharts and leadership summaries to bring your audience along the journey of where the “to be” solution will take the business. Create, review, and gain sign-off on business requirements. (55% of role)
• Project Management: Manage phases of project implementation from initiation to completion, while closely collaborating across the ecosystem. Ensure that both large scale projects and minor configuration changes are kept to realistic timelines, coordinated across teams, and have clear communication updates regularly provided to the business. Prioritize your efforts to ensure that each project is broken into iterative phases and prioritized based upon the business value. (30% of role)
• Data Analysis: Establish baseline metrics for the “as is” process. Coordinate a “to be” goal and create a mechanism to measure the value delivery of your efforts. (10% of role)
• Training/Communication: Collaborate with the enablement team to ensure new processes and systems are effectively communicated to impacted parties. (5% of role)

Qualifications/Your Background

• 3 years minimum experience in related roles: Analyst, Project Manager, Instructional Designer
• 1 year minimum experience with Salesforce
• Strong background in documenting “as is” processes, identifying gaps, and proposing optimal “to be” solutions through the creation of flow charts and leadership summaries. Experience with Lucid Chart preferred.
• Background in Project Management including project prioritization, progress tracking, and stakeholder management– with demonstrated ability to create project deployment strategies by translating a leader’s vision into an executable project plan. Experience with Asana preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and drive outcomes
• Aptitude for building trusted relationships across stakeholders
• Ability to break complex problems into manageable, incremental tasks
• Experience working with Go To Market teams
• Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment
• Continual delivery mindset: Always seeking to deliver new and innovative initiatives

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$105,000—$115,000 USD
