What is this role?

This is a senior-level, full-time position based on-site in the United States. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our operational success by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable systems across our organization. You will work closely with our ecosystem teams to bridge the gap between current processes and future goals, ensuring that our internal operations are as robust and secure as the services we provide to our clients.

What will you do?

• Process Improvement: You will analyze existing workflows to identify gaps and design optimized solutions. This involves creating flowcharts and leadership summaries to gain alignment on new requirements and ensuring that our business processes are efficient and scalable.
• Project Management: You will lead projects from the initial discovery phase through to final implementation. By collaborating across teams, you will track progress, manage timelines, and ensure that both large-scale initiatives and minor configuration changes are delivered with high value.
• Data Analysis: You will establish metrics to measure the performance of current processes, set clear goals for improvement, and create mechanisms to track the success and value of the changes you implement.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in project management and business process design. We are looking for someone who can translate complex visions into actionable plans and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the company. Your background should include:

• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as an Analyst, Project Manager, or Instructional Designer.
• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in documenting processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing effective solutions.
• A deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud security, and network security concepts within a B2B technology environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and drive outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluency in English.
