What you bring

As a Senior Process Executive, you will work full time on-site in India. Your primary focus will be on managing the technical aspects of our e-publishing workflows, ensuring that our digital content meets the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will be an integral part of our Information Technology department, utilizing your expertise in XML, data cleaning, and validation to support our ongoing projects.

• Develop and maintain robust algorithms to extract content from complex PDF documents.
• Manage the end-to-end conversion process, ensuring all data is accurately transformed into well-structured XML documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to optimize workflows and meet specific client requirements.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in PDF parsing and content extraction. You should have a strong technical foundation, including hands-on experience with tools like ABBYY FineReader, Epsilon, and Notepad++. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is highly valued for automating our conversion workflows. You must be fluent in English and possess excellent problem-solving skills. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, capable of handling large datasets, and comfortable navigating the complexities of data validation and error correction.
