What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Process Executive to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This position is perfect for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of complex digital workflows and ensure our content reaches the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

What will you do?

• Build and maintain robust algorithms to extract content, images, and metadata from complex PDF documents.
• Transform extracted data into perfectly structured XML documents that meet both industry standards and specific client needs.
• Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to resolve inconsistencies and ensure the accuracy of our digital conversions.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have a solid background in PDF parsing and content extraction, along with a sharp eye for detail. We value team members who can solve tricky problems and adapt to unique client requirements. To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable with the following:

• Technical proficiency in tools like ABBYY FineReader, Epsilon, and Notepad++.
• Hands-on experience with XML generation and workflow optimization.
• Strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with our editors, developers, and project managers.
• An advantage will be given to those with scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript to help us automate our conversion processes.
