What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineering Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in our Austin, Texas office. You will be working a 12-hour rotating schedule, switching between day and night shifts every three weeks to ensure our operations run smoothly around the clock.

What will you do?

• Provide daily oversight of our manufacturing operations, which includes monitoring production quality, tracking equipment downtime, and documenting process trends.
• Collaborate closely with our field personnel and the maintenance department to troubleshoot issues, start and stop equipment, and ensure our facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Use your analytical skills to perform statistical analysis, prepare production reports, and recommend improvements to our existing standards and procedures.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this position, you should have a technical or associate degree in automation, electrical, or electro-mechanical engineering. You should have recent professional or academic experience working with industrial systems. We value candidates who possess the following qualities:
