The opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Process Engineer to join our team in Comonfort, Guanajuato. In this role, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing success, ensuring that our production processes are as efficient and precise as the technology we create. You will take ownership of our engineering workflows, helping us maintain the high standards that our customers expect while driving continuous improvement across our production lines.

A day in the life

• You will define and standardize process parameters to ensure we consistently meet our quality objectives and customer requirements.
• You will develop and propose more efficient manufacturing methods, focusing on the optimization of workflows, cycle times, and overall resource utilization.
• You will manage process improvement projects from the initial planning phase through to final implementation, ensuring that every deadline and budget is met with precision.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You hold a degree in industrial, automotive, or a related engineering field and bring at least two years of experience within the automotive industry. Because we operate as a global team, you possess advanced English skills. You are comfortable navigating automotive engineering standards and have a sharp eye for detail when it comes to technical documentation and process optimization.
