The opportunity
As a Print and Marketing SolutionShop Associate, you will be the face of our service department. Your role is to guide customers through our various business development options, helping them choose the right tools to work, learn, and grow. You will balance technical production tasks with a genuine passion for customer service, ensuring that every person who walks through our doors feels supported and inspired. This is a part-time, on-site position where your ability to manage projects and build trust will directly impact our success.
A day in the life
- You will drive our store's success by actively promoting our print, digital marketing, shipping, and tech services to meet our sales and margin targets.
- You will manage the entire lifecycle of customer orders, from reviewing the online dashboard and processing requests to performing quality control and finishing touches.
- You will maintain the professional appearance of our solutions shop, ensuring that supplies are stocked and that our environment remains clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
