What you bring

As our Principal UX Designer, you will play an executive role in defining the strategy for our platform while working in a fully remote environment. This is a full-time position that requires a deep understanding of engineering workflows and design tools. You will be responsible for the following:

• Leading the end-to-end design process for major initiatives, from initial discovery and wireframing to final high-fidelity designs.
• Defining and executing the overall UX strategy to ensure our SaaS platform remains seamless and engaging for all users.
• Partnering closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with over 10 years of experience in UX design, including at least 3 years in a principal or leadership capacity within the enterprise software or SaaS space. You should hold a degree in a relevant field such as Interactive Design, Visual Communications, or Human Factors. Success in this role requires exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, alongside expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma. You must be a strong communicator who can articulate design decisions clearly in English, and you should possess the interpersonal skills necessary to mentor teams and foster a collaborative design culture.
