The opportunity

We are seeking a Principal UX Designer to take a lead role in defining the strategic vision for our end-to-end customer experience. This is a high-impact position where you will work alongside our product, marketing, data science, and engineering teams to ensure our platform remains intuitive and powerful. You will serve as a mentor to our design team and act as a key partner to executive leadership, ensuring that our design standards remain world-class as we continue to scale our global operations.

A day in the life

• You will define the overarching design strategy for our products, guiding them through every stage from initial concept to maturity.
• You will mentor fellow designers, setting a high bar for quality and fostering a culture of excellence in user research and visual language.
• You will collaborate closely with product and technology partners to translate complex customer problems into elegant, measurable solutions that align with our business goals.

Who you are

You are an experienced design leader with over 10 years of professional experience, ideally with 12 or more years under your belt. You possess a deep understanding of Information Architecture and Interaction Design, and you have a proven track record of managing design projects from strategy through to final execution. You are fluent in English and comfortable presenting your work to both customers and executive stakeholders. Proficiency with design and collaboration tools like Figma and Asana is highly valued, as is the ability to use data to inform your strategic recommendations. This role is fully remote, and we are currently looking for candidates based in California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Washington, or Wyoming.
