You will sit at the intersection of product strategy and education, helping to define the quality and direction of our offerings. This role is perfect for a professional who loves to share knowledge, as you will be responsible for both designing high-impact curriculum and facilitating virtual workshops for our clients. You will be a vital part of our mission to turn complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning experiences.

A day in the life

• Facilitate engaging virtual workshops for adult learners, ensuring that complex technical principles are communicated with clarity, energy, and patience.
• Take ownership of specific digital or technology knowledge domains, designing and developing high-quality learning content tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and learning experience designers to iterate on programs and ensure we are meeting our high standards for educational excellence.

Who you are

You are a passionate technologist who thrives in a collaborative environment. You possess a strong background in professional technical training and are comfortable taking the lead on complex projects. Specifically, we are looking for the following:

• At least 2 years of experience facilitating technical workshops in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of your chosen technical domain.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences.
• A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset that embraces initiative and creative thinking.
• Fluency in English.
• A commitment to continuous learning and a desire to contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
