The opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to serve as a senior strategic authority within our organization. In this role, you will define the long-term technical roadmap and competitive positioning for a critical area of our business. You will act as a bridge between our complex technical architecture and the real-world needs of our customers, ensuring that our solutions remain scalable, innovative, and perfectly aligned with our corporate objectives. This is a high-impact position where your strategic decisions will directly influence how engineering organizations across the globe build the products of tomorrow.

A day in the life

• You will spearhead the end-to-end technical strategy for a core domain of the Jama Connect platform, balancing market opportunities with technical feasibility.
• You will collaborate closely with our Engineering, Architecture, and Design teams to prioritize complex trade-offs and drive the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions.
• You will serve as a technical thought leader, mentoring junior team members and representing the voice of the customer to ensure our product vision remains grounded in actionable market insights.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in software product management or related technical fields, including at least 3 years in a senior strategic leadership capacity. You possess a deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and modern SaaS ecosystems. You are comfortable working in an Agile, iterative environment and have a proven track record of using data analytics to drive product-market fit. Because this role requires frequent interaction with our field organization and strategic clients, you should be an excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is required for this role.
