Our portfolio includes notable companies such as Snowflake, Brex, and Commure. With more than $1.6B in capital committed, we often partner with companies well before they achieve unicorn status. We are currently seeking a Principal to join our Talent Operations team and help us write our next chapter.
Key outcomes
- Support our talent operating partners as they scale our portfolio companies with top-tier talent.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to talent leaders to drive optimal results and build strong relationships with founders.
- Establish the foundational recruitment processes for our portfolio companies.
- Implement and manage systems, such as applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, tailored to the unique needs of our companies.
- Develop reporting and analytics to generate actionable insights and ensure adherence to new processes.
- Conduct research on industry best practices to ensure our portfolio companies remain competitive and successful.
- Proactively solve talent-related challenges to create scalable solutions that benefit our entire portfolio.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of operations experience, specifically within consulting, data analytics, recruiting operations, or HR operations.
- Proven ability to build, improve, and scale complex processes.
- Proficiency in building reports and analytics using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools, with a strong ability to interpret data.
- Experience working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
- Versatility to flex into different projects as needed and the ability to prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A methodical, process-driven mindset with a passion for organization and technology.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000. The final base salary will be determined based on market factors and individual qualifications assessed during the interview process. In addition to cash compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including remote work options.
