The first step in fulfilling this mission is our transformative financial aid application, which launched in 2022 and has already grown to over 700 private K-12 schools and 100,000 family users. Building on this momentum, we have started building a second product, which will launch in 2024 and are uniquely positioned to solve a variety of problems for both schools and families.

What you'll do at Clarity

• Lead development for some of our most important projects, from pixels to database.
• Plan projects collaboratively, communicate progress proactively, and continuously seek ways to create the most value for Clarity’s customers.
• Build data models, APIs, and services with Django & GraphQL.
• Create intuitive, reusable, and accessible user experiences with React (Typescript).
• Establish and promote high standards for software quality, testing, and architecture.
• Manage and monitor the health of Clarity’s systems and infrastructure.
• Mentor and support your team as a technical leader, enhancing their skills and development.
• Represent Clarity’s engineering perspective and philosophy both internally and externally.
• Drive meaningful changes across products, standards, and teams, enhancing overall velocity and impact.
