Key outcomes
- Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to define enterprise-level architecture for our SaaS products.
- Partner with QA and performance teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and the successful implementation of automation.
- Develop and execute migration strategies to transition from legacy systems to modern architectures based on evolving product requirements.
- Create proof of concepts to evaluate new technologies and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Take ownership of a segment of our product suite, ensuring code quality and system architecture standards are maintained through design reviews and mentorship.
- Drive hands-on testing and quality assurance efforts to meet security and performance service level agreements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in cloud-based development using web services, web APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to architect scalable SaaS platforms and drive improvements through non-functional requirements.
- Strong expertise in building native applications within AWS environments.
- Solid background in continuous integration and conceptual knowledge of continuous delivery.
- Experience working with multitenancy and NoSQL databases, such as Kafka or OpenSearch.
- A track record of delivering multiple versions of SaaS products to production and successfully introducing new technologies.
- Proficiency in engineering best practices, including unit testing, code coverage, and deployment automation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor engineers and facilitate consensus among stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or cybersecurity domains.
- Proficiency in multiple technology stacks, with a preference for Go, Java, or Python.
- Knowledge of cloud networking and deployment.
- Relevant certifications, such as an AWS Architect designation.
