We are looking for a talented Principal Software Engineer to join our global team and help us shape the future of AI infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead the end-to-end development of system software for our multimodal Generative AI products, including building interfaces for high-performance data center frameworks.
• You will apply your expertise in high-performance computing to design, debug, and optimize complex system-level solutions on custom, programmable hardware.
• You will work hands-on across the full software lifecycle, from initial system design and board bringup to deployment and ongoing improvements within an agile environment.

What you'll bring

• You have over 10 years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, specifically with C++ and scripting languages like Python or Lua in Linux RTOS environments.
• You possess a deep understanding of HPC environments, multicore hardware, and embedded Linux, with a proven ability to manage complex concurrencies, virtual memory, and hardware protocols like PCIe and I2C.
• You are skilled at tuning performance for custom hardware such as GPUs and NPUs, and you have a strong background in distributed computing across processing elements.
• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• You communicate effectively in English and thrive in a collaborative, global team setting that values ambition, integrity, and a people-first approach.
