What is this role?
We are searching for a Principal Software Engineer to focus on our Backend Systems. This is a full-time, remote position designed for a senior-level engineer who thrives in high-autonomy environments. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of our platform, working with a modern tech stack to solve complex problems in the supply chain and manufacturing space. While this is an individual contributor role, we offer the potential to grow into people management based on your interests and performance.
What will you do?
- Architect, design, and develop highly scalable backend systems that power our SaaS platform, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and industry experts to build and ship high-impact features that solve real-world enterprise challenges.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor fellow engineers, fostering a culture of excellence in database systems, distributed architecture, and API design.

- Strong proficiency in Go, Postgres, Redis, and GraphQL.

- A background in engineering for industries like supply chain or manufacturing is a plus.
