As we scale our mission to serve more markets, we are looking for a Principal Software Architect to join our dynamic, mission-driven team and help us build the technical foundation necessary to solve some of the most significant challenges in modern healthcare.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the design of cloud-native solutions and develop a forward-looking architecture blueprint that supports our long-term growth and mission.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Analytics, to build scalable systems that enable seamless data exchange and innovation.
- You will advocate for technical excellence by implementing best practices in system monitoring, cloud cost management, and security, while ensuring our architecture remains resilient and high-performing.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep technical background and a passion for purpose-driven work. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Over 8 years of experience in technical architecture, with a strong focus on enterprise-level solution design using Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on proficiency with Dynamics 365, Azure, HL7 FHIR, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience working with the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI.
- A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
- A genuine commitment to improving the lives of older adults and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Fluency in English.
