We are currently looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this executive-level role, you will lead the architecture and design of our SaaS operations, ensuring our systems remain resilient, scalable, and secure as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of our SaaS cloud environment by collaborating with engineering and product leadership to ensure high availability and performance.
• Enhance our operational efficiency by implementing robust automation, disaster recovery protocols, and strict change management controls.
• Conduct hands-on analysis and reviews of our cloud infrastructure to ensure we consistently meet our service level objectives while maintaining cost efficiency.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in distributed systems and cloud engineering. You should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity, with deep expertise in AWS services.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, SQL, BASH, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and big data frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage complex technical projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.

What we offer
