What you bring
As our Principal Security Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead for our Information Security team in this full-time, executive-level role. You will work remotely, though we encourage you to be based near one of our US R&D hubs in Seattle, Scottsdale, Atlanta, or Boston to facilitate collaboration. Your work will center on the following core responsibilities:
- Leading our security strategy and making high-level technical decisions to protect our systems.
- Designing and managing advanced security solutions while overseeing incident response and remediation.
- Mentoring junior engineers to foster their professional growth and ensure the continued excellence of our security operations.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with over a decade of experience in information security who possesses strong technical leadership skills. You should have deep expertise in cloud security, application security, and incident response. We value individuals who are analytical problem-solvers capable of navigating complex technical hurdles. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable working with various security tools to improve our operational posture. We prize candidates who are proactive, eager to share knowledge through training, and deeply committed to our mission.
What we offer
We provide a total compensation package that includes base pay, bonuses, and stock awards, with a starting base salary range of USD 177,300 to USD 283,680 depending on your geographic market and experience.
