What is this role?
We are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will lead our go-to-market strategies and play a vital role in our continued growth. You will be responsible for shaping our messaging, building scalable marketing programs, and turning deep customer insights into actionable strategies that drive product adoption.
What will you do?
- Lead comprehensive go-to-market strategies for major product launches that align with our roadmap and user adoption goals.
- Develop and maintain scalable processes for product marketing to ensure consistency in our messaging, sales enablement, and launch execution.
- Gather and synthesize market feedback, product usage data, and customer insights to inform our positioning and overall product strategy.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- At least 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, specifically with a track record of leading successful launches.
- A strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible messaging for various audiences.
- Proven experience in building alignment across cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and revenue departments.
- A hands-on approach to building resources and processes that allow the business to scale.
- Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have a background in WealthTech, FinTech, or other compliance-heavy industries, or if you have experience with product-led growth and monetization strategies.
